Wuhan Onew Technology Co., Ltd. recently held a strategic signing ceremony with UAE-based Najem Al Kawakab General Trading LLC at Onew’s headquarters in Wuhan, where the two parties formally signed a "strategic Sales, Service and Distribution Agreement". The partnership will focus on promoting the PaintGo series of robotic automotive refinish painting systems in the Middle East market, driving the intelligent transformation of the local automotive aftermarket.
As a high-tech enterprise specializing in the R&D and manufacturing of robotic painting systems for automotive refinish, Onew Technology leverages its proprietary core technologies to effectively address key industry pain points, including labor shortages and inconsistent painting quality in the auto repair sector. This cooperation marks a key strategic move by Onew Technology to expand into the Middle East market by seizing economic and trade opportunities under the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI), and also represents an important milestone in the digital transformation of the Middle East’s automotive refinish industry.
Under the agreement, the two parties will establish Dubai as the core regional operation hub for Onew Technology’s PaintGo robotic automotive painting solutions, covering four core functions: product sales, technical service, talent training and warehousing & distribution. The hub will provide bodyshops across the Middle East with access to advanced AI-powered painting technology, supporting local auto repair businesses in improving quality and efficiency.

Strategic Launch Partner: Technical Resources
As the strategic launch partner and premium customer for PaintGo in the Middle East, Technical Resources is a key collaborative partner for Onew Technology’s market entry into the region. After witnessing the performance of PaintGo robots in Italy, Mr. Venugopal, Director of Technical Resources, decided to introduce the technology to the Middle East market. At the signing ceremony, Technical Resources officially received the first shipment of PaintGo robots destined for the Middle East from Onew Technology.
Technical Resources’ state-of-the-art facilities and academy will serve as a regional demonstration and training centre for PaintGo, where customers from across the Middle East can experience Onew Technology’s intelligent painting technology in a live production environment. Technical Resources was the first Tesla Approved Bodyshop in the Middle East and operates Tesla Approved Repair Centres and premium multi-brand service centres across the UAE and Saudi Arabia, serving as a benchmark enterprise in the local automotive aftermarket.
